At Magic With Needle, we ensure your handcrafted creations are packed with love and delivered safely to your doorstep across India.
📦 1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship all over India. International shipping is not available at the moment.
⏱️ 2. Processing & Dispatch Time
All orders are carefully packed and dispatched via our logistics partner Shiprocket within 2–4 business days. However, during high-demand periods or based on product availability, it may take slightly longer.
📬 3. Delivery Timeline
After dispatch, your order is typically delivered within 7–8 business days. Rural or remote areas may experience slight delays.
🚛 4. Courier Partners
We work with Shiprocket, which allocates the best courier (such as Delhivery, Xpressbees, Bluedart, etc.) for your location. In urgent or remote area cases, we may use India Post or DTDC.
💸 5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and package weight. Free shipping is not available at this time.
🔔 6. Order Confirmation & Account Creation
After placing an order:
- You will receive an order confirmation email with purchase details.
- A customer account will be automatically created using the email provided at checkout.
- A temporary password will be sent to your email, which you can use to log in and track orders or manage your profile.
📤 7. Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via SMS or Shiprocket message (email tracking is not enabled currently).

We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to:
Any unforeseen logistics issues beyond our control
Incorrect or incomplete address details
Courier service disruptions
Weather conditions or natural calamities
