Since all our items are handmade in small batches, we follow a strict No Cancellation, No Return, No Exchange policy.
🚫 1. Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed and paid for, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
🔁 2. Refund or Replacement Policy
We do not offer refunds or replacements, except in extremely rare cases where:
- The product is physically damaged during transit.
In such a case:
- The customer must email us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and product.
- We will review the case and decide at our sole discretion whether a refund or replacement is possible.
- Decisions are final and non-negotiable.
⚠️ 3. No Refund for Handmade Variation
Since all products are handmade, color or pattern variations are normal and are not eligible for return or refund.
